Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the EverSyncHub website, its private social-media workspace and the EverSyncHub Community integration. EverSyncHub's operating team provides these services. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@kontracthub.com, our current support address. The separate KontractHub product has its own privacy policy.

Information we handle

Website inquiries may include your name, business role, email, phone number and message. Workspace records include company names, industries, social Page links and identifiers, campaign content, schedules, client approval details, publication receipts and operational review notes. Where an account administrator authorizes a supported social integration, we may receive access tokens, permitted Page information, posts, engagement data and communications made available by that integration. Access depends on provider permissions and the features actually connected; a listed integration is not necessarily active.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, configure company workspaces, prepare and publish authorized content, monitor permitted activity, record approvals, reconcile publication outcomes, produce operational summaries and troubleshoot access. Publication authorization and content review are distinct from connecting an account. We do not require your social account password; provider authorization is handled through the provider's sign-in and consent process.

Who can access it

Authorized EverSyncHub operators administer company workspaces. Company records are stored separately, with centrally authorized operator access for service delivery. This is not a public client directory. Social providers receive content and requests necessary to perform authorized actions. Published posts are visible according to the destination Page and platform settings. We do not sell connected-account information.

Service providers

We use Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage and authentication, and the social platforms you connect for their respective features. Operational email services deliver configured notifications and digests. The website contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce abuse; Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and policies.

Storage and security

Access controls, private cloud storage and encrypted web connections protect workspace information. Some pilot operations run on an authorized operator workstation. Cloud object versioning can preserve earlier record versions, including approval history. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not include passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive records in marketing drafts or support messages.

Retention, disconnection and requests

We retain operational records while needed to deliver and support the service, document authorization, reconcile publications and meet applicable obligations. We have not established a single automatic deletion period for every pilot record. You may request access, correction, export, disconnection or deletion through the support address above. We verify the requester's authority before acting. Deletion review includes retained object versions and operational copies; legal or security obligations may require retaining limited records. Removing a connection does not itself delete previously published posts on a social platform. You can also revoke access in the provider's account settings.

Cookies and preferences

The private workspace uses authentication cookies. The site may store display preferences in your browser. Connected providers and reCAPTCHA may use their own browser storage. Campaign links may include source and campaign identifiers to help distinguish outreach activity.
